Refund Policy

1. General Overview

At ThanksERP, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service and ensure our clients are fully satisfied. Because our services are digital and labor-intensive, our refund policy is structured differently from physical product returns. We encourage open communication before and during every project.

2. Consulting and Development Services

Fees paid for consulting, custom development, module configuration, and implementation services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. We bill for time and expertise, and once those resources are deployed, they cannot be recovered.

If you are dissatisfied with the progress or quality of our work, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the deliverable being provided. We will work with you to rectify the situation, which may include revising the work at no additional cost until it meets the agreed-upon specifications.

3. Subscription and Hosting Services

For hosting or ongoing support subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for any unused full months remaining in the billing cycle after the cancellation is processed. Setup fees and the current month's fees are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation of Projects

If a project is canceled by the client before any work has commenced, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued, minus any administrative or processing fees. If work has already begun, ThanksERP will retain a portion of the deposit or bill the client for the hours worked up to the cancellation date, whichever is greater.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
